Heather Locklear Busted For Reckless Driving

Locklear has recently completed a treatment program in a rehabilitation facility where he was treated for anxiety and depression.. Heather Locklear was arrested for reckless driving last Saturday night in Santa Barbara California. Locklear was arrested and held in Santa Barbara County Jail, but was then released its own recognisance on Sunday without posting bail.
